Relay, XCA170, LITTELFUSE A normally open solid state relay that features high sensitivity and that, using optically coupled MOSFET technology, provides 3750 Vrms of input to output isolation. Its optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED. Useful as a replacement for mechanical relays, it offers the superior reliability associated with semiconductor devices. Because it has no moving parts, it offers faster, bounce-free switching.
